Shipping & Handling

Shipping rates are based on your address and the weight of items you are purchasing. There is a $2 Base Shipping Charge per order. Discounts cannot be applied towards the Shipping or Handling fee. 

Tracking Your Order

All packages ship from Chicago, Illinois via USPS. We only provide shipping to Continental U.S. Through USPS First Class or Priority Shipping, delivery may take up to 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email once your order is shipped out, and you will be able to track your order by the tracking number that is provided in that email.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise credit. Please note:

    • Items returned must be in its original packaging in salable condition
    • If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 312-482-8933 ext. 440
    • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
    • All vintage and antique items are Final Sale

In-person Returns

Merchandise can also be returned directly to Museum Store. Please bring in the items you wish to return along with your order confirmation to us at 40 East Erie Street, Chicago, during normal Museum hours.
