3/4 " thick wooden replica of the Historic Nickerson Mansion, home of the Richard H. Driehaus Museum. As one of the great houses built on of the ashes of the Great Chicago Fire of 1871, the stately Nickerson Mansion was the largest home at the time, and the first fireproof residence. It took inspiration from architecture of the past but inspired the city’s legendary architecture to come.
