Heavyweight “Cobbler” Style Cocktail Shaker

Regular price $50.00 Sale

In 1884, Edward Hauck of Brooklyn, New York (elder brother of Charles J. Hauck) patented a distinctive style of cocktail shaker — a three-part apparatus consisting of a mixing tin, a metal lid with a built-in strainer, and a cap. This new "cobbler shaker" (named for the then popular "sherry cobbler" drink) quickly became the industry standard, and the design we most associate with the cocktail shaker today.

Made of heavyweight stainless steel, these high-quality shakers are made to an exacting standard to ensure easy separation after shaking.

17 oz; one drink capacity.
