Grasset Socks (Cycles & Automobiles)

Regular price $14.00 Sale

Cycles & Automobiles (1899), a poster by Eugène Grasset, advertised these vehicles, symbols of new independence for women, manufactured by French racing driver Georges Richard. A botanist inspired by natural forms, Grasset captures Richard's trademark, the four-leafed clover, with strong color and bold form inspired by the Arts and Crafts Movement.

Show your clover art socks and step through the day with an extra bit of luck!

This crew sock was designed exclusively for the Driehaus Museum.
